Product Overview
LM®329 temperature compensated 6.9V precision zener voltage reference provide excellent stability over time and temperature, very low dynamic impedance and a wide operating current range. This device achieves low dynamic impedance by incorporating a high gain shunt regulator around the Zener. Its excellent noise performance of the device is achieved by using a buried zener design which eliminates surface noise phenomenon associated with ordinary zeners. Typical applications are transducers, A/D and D/A converters, calibration standards, instrumentation reference.
- Guaranteed 10ppm/°C temperature coefficient, 1ohm maximum dynamic impedance and 20µV wideband noise
- Wide operating current range from 0.6mA to 15mA
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Reverse breakdown current is 30mA, forward current is 2mA
- 3-lead plastic TO-92 packaging
- Typical reverse breakdown voltage is 6.9V (at 25°C, 0.6mA ≤ IR ≤ 15mA)
- Typical long term stability is 20ppm/KHr at 45°C ±0.1°C
