Product Overview
The MAX6141EUR+T is a low cost, low dropout, 3 terminal voltage reference with 4.096V output voltage in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This micropower voltage reference has low dropout voltage of 200mV which make this device ideal for 3V and 5V systems. Unlike two terminal references that waste battery current and require an external resistor, the supply current of MAX6141 is virtually independent of input voltage variations which translate to longer battery life. It has initial accuracy of ±1%.
- Supply voltage range from 4.3V to 12.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 78μA supply current at TA = +25°C, independent of input voltage
- Stable with all capacitive loads up to 10nF
- Output voltage noise of 25μVP-P at f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz and 700μVP-P at f= =10Hz to 10KHz
- Load regulation of 1.65mV/mA (ISINK = 0mA to 1mA) and 0.55mV/mA (ISOURCE = 0mA to 1mA)
- Line regulation of 2μV/V at VIN = 4.3V to 12.6V, TA = TMIN to TMAX
- Output temperature coefficient of 15ppm/°C (typical) and 50ppm/°C (maximum)
