Product Overview
ACNT-H79A-000E is a high-linearity optically isolated amplifier device. A differential output voltage that is proportional to the current across the resistor is created on the other side of the optical isolation barrier. These features allow this to provide the precision and stability needed to accurately monitor motor current in high-noise motor control environments, providing for smoother control (less “torque ripple”) in various types of motor control applications. Applications include current sensing and voltage sensing in AC and servo motor drives, mid-voltage drives, solar inverters, wind turbine inverters, industrial process control, general-purpose analogue signal isolation, and hall effect current transducer replacement. Safety and regulatory approvals include IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5: 2,262VPEAK working insulation voltage, UL 1577: 7,500VRMS per minute double protection rating, CSA: component acceptance notice #5.
