Product Overview
AP9101CAK-ATTRG1 is an AP9101C series protection IC developed for lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable battery with a high-precision voltage detection circuit. The AP9101C provides a function to protect batteries by detecting overcharge voltage, over-discharge voltage, overcharge current, over-discharge current and other abnormalities and turning off the external MOSFET switch. The AP9101C also has a built-in fixed-time circuit, the protection circuitry can be comprised with fewer external components. Typical applications include lithium-ion battery packs and lithium polymer battery packs.
- Single chip solution for 1-cell Li+ battery pack
- Supply voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V
- 8V OV charger detection voltage and 7.3V OV charger release voltage
- Overcharge detection voltage VCU is 4.400V
- Overcharge release voltage VCL is 4.200V
- Built-in fixed detection delay time (+25°C) is accuracy ±20%
- Auto release overcharge protection mode
- Power down mode: no (auto-wake-up)
- 5 pin SOT25 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
