BT3564 is a battery Hitester measure battery internal resistance using a four-terminal, 1-KHz AC method, while simultaneously measuring DC voltage (electromotive force [emf]). The high-precision, fast measurement performance and extensive interface capabilities make this model ideal for incorporating into battery testing production lines.
- Measure high-voltage battery packs up to 1000V
- Production line testing of high-voltage battery packs for EV, PHEV
- 0.1μohm to 3000 ohm internal resistance range (pack total resistance, bus bar resistance)
- Spark discharge reduction function
- Analog output function
- Optional measurement probe available for 1000V and high-voltage battery packs
- EXT I/O, RS-232C and GP-IB interface
- Comparator functions, total measurement time
- Power supply range from 100 to 240VAC, 50Hz/60Hz, 30VA maximum
