N5166B+N5166B-506 is a CXG X-Series RF vector signal generator with option 506. Essential signal generation for IoT and general-purpose devices.
- Cover a frequency range of 9KHz to 6GHz and up to 120MHz RF modulation bandwidth (option 506)
- Output power at 1GHz is 18dBm, frequency switching (typical) of 5ms
- Harmonics at 1GHz is -35dBc, phase noise at 1GHz (20KHz offset) is -119dBc/Hz
