Product Overview
74HC3G14DC,125 is a triple inverter with schmitt-trigger inputs. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. The application includes wave and pulse shapers for highly noisy environments, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V, CMOS level input
- CMOS low power dissipation, high noise immunity, unlimited input rise and fall times
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- JESD8C (2.7V to 3.6V), JESD7A (2V to 6V) standards
- Input leakage current is ±1.0μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Supply current is 20μA maximum at (per input pin; VCC = 6V; VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A)
- Transition time is 110ns typical at (VCC = 2V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Propagation delay is 190ns maximum at (VCC = 2V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- VSSOP8 package
