Product Overview
BD9E201FP4-ZTL is a single synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance power integrated MOSFET. It is a current mode control. It includes internal phase compensation. It achieves the high power density and offers a small footprint on the PCB by employing small package. Application includes home appliance products (i.e., air conditioner, refrigerator), secondary power supply and adapter equipment, telecommunication devices.
- Internal phase compensation, reduced external diode
- Overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection
- Thermal shutdown protection, undervoltage lockout protection
- Input voltage range from 4.5V to 28.0V, output voltage range: VINx0.1 or 0.7 V to VINx0.8 V
- 2A maximum output current, 350kHz typical switching frequency
- High side FET ON resistance is 185mohm typical (VBOOT - VSW = 5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Low side FET ON resistance is 98mohm typical (Ta = 25°C)
- Shutdown current is 8.5µA typical (VEN = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating quiescent current is 510µA typical (IOUT = 0A, no switching, Ta = 25°C)
- TSOT23-6L package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
