Product Overview
M95128-DRMN8TP/K is a 128-Kbit serial EEPROM device operating up to 105°C. The device is compliant with the level of reliability defined by the AEC-Q100 grade 2. The device is accessed by a simple serial SPI-compatible interface running up to 20MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).
- VCC voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Byte write within 4ms, page write within 4ms
- 4000V ESD protection (human body model), schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- Output capacitance is 8pF maximum at (VOUT = 0V)
- Input leakage current is 2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Supply current (read) is 2mA max at (VCC = 2.5V, C = 0.1 VCC/0.9 VCC, Q = open, fC = 10MHz)
- Supply current (standby mode) is 3µA max at (t° = 25°C, VCC = 5.5V, S = VCC, VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Internal reset threshold voltage is 0.5V typical
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, SO8 package
