The 146 series capacitors from Vishay are radial leaded, automotive grade aluminium electrolytic capacitors. These capacitors are perfect solution for applications which require low impedance, low ESR, high temperature, high stability and high reliability.
- Capacitance value range from 68μF to 6800μF
- Capacitance tolerance is ±20%
- Capacitor size varies from 10mm x 12mm to 18mm x 35mm
- Voltage rating range from 16V to 63V
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- Endurance of 2000h to 5000h at 125°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
- Cylindrical aluminium case with pressure relief, insulated with a blue PET sleeve
