DCP4G054006JD2KSSD is a metallized polypropylene (PP) capacitor for DC-link application. Typical used as intermediate circuit capacitor e.g. in high power converter technology, power supplies, solar inverters etc.
- High volume/capacitance ratio, excellent self-healing properties
- Very low dissipation factor, high reliability
- AEC-Q200 qualified
- 40µF capacitance, 6mohm ESR (10KHz, 10°C), ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 400V rating voltage, 1.2Ur, 2sec test voltage
- Insulation resistance at +20°C, <gt/>30 000 sec (M¸ x mF)
- 440A IS (400VDC (70°C) / 300VDC (85°C), 9.5A IRMS (10KHz, 10°C)
- Solvent-resistant, flame-retardant plastic case with epoxy resin seal, UL94 V-0 encapsulation
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +105°C
- Dimension (W x H x L) is 20 x 39.5 x 31.5mm
