Product Overview
The MAX6250BCSA+T is a low noise, precision 5V voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This low-noise, precision voltage references with extremely low temperature coefficient and excellent initial accuracy. Device features buried-zener technology for lowest noise performance. Load-regulation specifications are guaranteed for source and sink currents up to 15mA. Excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance at high frequency makes it ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16bits. It is used in high resolution analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters, high accuracy reference standard, high accuracy industrial and process control, digital voltmeters, ATE equipment and precision current sources.
- Input voltage range from 8V to 36V, output voltage range from 4.995V to 5.005V
- 5ppm/°C (max) and 2.5ppm/°C (typ) temperature coefficient
- Very low 3μVP-P noise (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- ±0.02% initial accuracy, stable for all capacitive loads
