CYT2B93CACQ0AZEGS is an Arm® Cortex®-M4F-single TRAVEO™ T2G 32bit automotive MCU. This microcontroller targeted at automotive systems such as body control units. It has an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU for primary processing, and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. It contains embedded peripherals supporting controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD), local interconnect network (LIN), and clock extension peripheral interface (CXPI). TRAVEO™ T2G device is manufactured on an advanced 40nm process. It incorporates a low-power flash memory, multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals, and enables the creation of a secure computing platform.

- Secure boot and authentication, using digital signature verification
- True random number generator and pseudo random number generator
- Supports all the requirements of Bosch CAN FD specification V1.0 for non-ISO CAN FD
- 64 lead LQFP package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
