MCP6286T-E/OT

The MCP6286T-E/OT is an Operational Amplifier has low noise (5. nV/√Hz, typical), low power (520μA, typical) and rail-to-rail output operation. It is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 3.5MHz (typical). This device operates with a single supply voltage as low as 2.2V, while drawing low quiescent current. These features make the product well suited for single-supply, low noise, battery-powered applications. It is designed with Microchip's advanced CMOS process and available in the extended temperature range, with a power supply range of 2.2 to 5.5V.
