Produktbeschreibung
The LP2981A-28DBVR is a 2.8V fixed output ultra-low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with an output tolerance of 0.75% and is capable of delivering 100mA continuous load current. A PNP pass element allows a typical dropout of 200mV at 100mA load current and 7mV at 1mA load. The use of a vertical PNP process allows for quiescent currents that are considerably lower than those associated with traditional lateral PNP regulators. A shutdown feature is available, allowing the regulator to consume only 0.01µA when the ON/OFF pin is pulled low.
