ADG794 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four 2:1 multiplexers/demultiplexers with high impedance outputs. The CMOS process provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance variation is less than 1.2 ohm over the input signal range. It operates from a single 3.3V/5V supply and is TTL logic compatible. The switches are controlled by the logic inputs IN and EN. The EN pin allows the user to disable all switches. These switches conduct equally well in both directions when on. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. This device switches exhibit break-before-make switching action. It is widely used in application such as RGB switches, HDTV, DVD-R, audio/video switches etc.

- Low insertion loss and on resistance is 5 ohm typical at (VD = 0V to 1V; IS = -10mA)
- On-resistance flatness is 0.7 ohm typical
- Low quiescent supply current is 1nA typical
- Fast switching times tON is 7ns typ, tOFF is 5ns typ
- TTL/CMOS compatible
- 2KV human body model (HBM), 200V machine model (MM), 1KV field-induced charged device model
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -70dB typ at (f = 10MHz; RL = 50 ohm)
