ADP225 is a 300mA, adjustable dual output, combine high PSRR, low noise, low quiescent current and low dropout voltage in a voltage regulator that is ideally suited for wireless applications with demanding performance and board space requirements. It offer much lower noise performance than competing LDOs without the need for a noise bypass capacitor. Overcurrent and thermal protection circuitry prevent damage in adverse conditions. Typical application includes portable and battery-powered equipment, portable medical devices, post DC-to-DC regulation, point of sale terminals, credit card readers, automatic meter readers and wireless network equipment.

• Input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
• Initial accuracy is ±1%
• High PSRR of 70dB at 10KHz, 60dB at 100KHz, 40dB at 1MHz
• Low noise of 27µVrms at VOUT = 1.2V, 50µVrms at VOUT = 2.8V
• Excellent transient response
• Low dropout voltage: 170mV at 300mA load and 65µA typ ground current at no load, both LDOs enabled
• Adjustable output voltage range from 0.5V to 5.0V
• Overcurrent and thermal protection and quick output discharge (QOD)
• 8 lead LFCSP package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
