The MAX4453EKA+T is a low cost, +3V/+5V, 620µA, 200MHz, single supply dual op-amp with rail to rail outputs in 8 pin SOT-23 package. The MAX4453 is a dual amplifier that combines high speed performance with ultra low power consumption. The device is unity gain stable and achieves a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz. It consumes only 620µA of supply current per amplifier. This amplifier operates from a +2.7V to +5.25V single supply and feature rail to rail outputs. Along with an excellent speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, it features a slew rate of 95V/µs and fast 20ns rise and fall times. It is ideal for low power/ low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as cell phones, keyless entry systems, battery powered instruments, portable communications and baseband applications.
- Input common mode range extends from VEE - 0.1V to VCC - 1.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 30MHz
- Input offset voltage is 400μV
- Input bias current is 0.8μA and input offset current is 0.1μA
- Crosstalk is -74dB at VOUT = 100mVp-p, f = 1MHz and output impedance is 0.8ohm at f = 1MHz
- Rise/fall time is 20ns at VOUT = 2V step 10% to 90%, settling time is 40ns VOUT = 2V step
- Spurious free dynamic range is -83dBc at VCC = 5V, Vout = 2Vp-p, Fc = 1MHz
