The MAX6104EUR+T is a low cost, low dropout, micropower voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This three terminal device features a curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed, thin film resistors that result in a temperature coefficient of ±75ppm/°C and an initial accuracy of 0.4%. This series mode voltage reference draw only 90μA of supply current and can source 5mA and sink 2mA of load current. It offers a supply current that is virtually independent of the supply voltage (with only a 4μA/V variation with supply voltage) and do not require an external resistor. It is an internal compensated device which does not require an external compensation capacitor and are stable with load capacitance. Eliminating the external compensation capacitor saves valuable board area in space critical applications. The low dropout voltage, independent supply voltage and ultra low supply current makes this device ideal for battery operated and high performance low voltage systems.
