The MAX9626ATC+T is a 1.35GHz fully differential amplifier in 12 pin TQFN package. It is a low-noise, low distortion and high-bandwidth differential amplifier/ADC driver for use in applications from DC to 1.35GHz. The exceptional low input-referred noise and low distortion make this part an excellent solution to drive high-speed 12bit to 16bit pipeline ADCs. The output common mode is set through the VOCM input pin, thus eliminating the need for a coupling transformer or AC-coupling capacitors. It is used in communication, medical imaging, ATE and high-performance instrumentation.
- Single supply voltage range from +2.85V to +5.25V
- Low voltage noise density is 5.7nV/√Hz, noise figure is 22.2dB
- Low harmonic distortion HD2/HD3 of -98/-103dB at 10MHz, HD2/HD3 of -80/-80dB at 125MHz
- 1V/V factory set gain, input offset voltage is 2mV
- Adjustable output common-mode voltage
- Differential to differential or single ended to differential operation
- 25μA shutdown current, 3dB large signal bandwidth is 1150MHz, slew rate is 6500V/Fs
- Power-supply rejection ratio is 89dB (VVCOM = VCC/2, 2.85V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.25V, ≤-40°C≤ TA ≤+85°C)
- Gain error is ±0.2%, common-mode rejection ratio is 62dB
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
