Karosserieelektronik und Beleuchtung
Über die Karosserieelektronik werden viele Systeme angesteuert, die nicht direkt auf den Motor oder die Karosserieelektronik selbst zugreifen. Dazu zählen unter anderem Scheibenwischer, Fenster, Türverriegelungssysteme und die Klimaanlage. Sofern sie elektrisch angetrieben werden, fallen Scheinwerfer, die Innenraumbeleuchtung und Sitzeinstellungsfunktionen auch in diese Kategorie. Aufgrund der großen Funktionsvielfalt ist eine besonders umfangreiche Auswahl an Ein- und Ausgängen erforderlich.
Untenstehend finden Sie eine zum Diagramm gehörende Auflistung der Produkte:
 | LDRs dienen zur Messung der Lichtstärke. Eingesetzt werden sie in der Fahrlichtautomatik. Werden IR-LDRs in Verbindung mit IR-LEDs genutzt, kann auch die Scheibenwischersteuerung automatisiert werden. |  | MOSFETS MOSFETs dienen zur Leistungsverstärkung, jedoch in einem geringeren Maße als tatsächliche Leistungsverstärker. So werden sie z. B. für Schrittmotoren oder für DC-Motoren mit geringer Leistungsaufnahme genutzt. |
 | Potentiometer werden für sämtliche analoge Eingangssignale am Fahrzeug verwendet, wie z. B. als Regler für Klimaanlage und Lautstärke. |  | MCU Die MCU ist das zentrale Steuerungselement. Über sie werden sämtliche Anwendungen gesteuert und verwaltet. |
 | Thermistoren dienen am und im gesamten Fahrzeug als Temperaturmessgerät. Im Fahrzeuginneren sind sie als Teil der Klimaanlage untergebracht, werden jedoch unter anderem auch in Luftstromrohren und im Motor eingebaut. |  | RTCs sind erforderlich, um Bauteile zeitlich präzise aufeinander abzustimmen. So wird sichergestellt, dass alle Systeme innerhalb eines Fahrzeugs synchron laufen. |
 | Zu den Schaltern zählen alle digitalen Schalter, die für Anwendungen wie Beleuchtung, Fensterheber und Türverriegelung eingesetzt werden. |  | Flash Flash-Speicher sind nicht-volatile Speicher, auf denen Programme, Einstellungen und persistente Daten abgelegt werden. |
 | ADUs dienen dazu, analoge Eingangssignale, z. B. von Thermistoren oder Potentiometern, in digitale Signale umzuwandeln, die über I2C- oder SPI-Schnittstellen erfasst werden können. Diese Daten werden dann an die MCU weitergegeben. |  | RAM RAM-Speicher sind volatile Speicher, auf die Benutzer schnell zugreifen können, um Variablen und temporäre Daten abzulegen. |
 | DAU DAUs dienen dazu, digitale Eingangssignale von einer MCU in analoge Signale umzuwandeln, z. B. für Heizelemente oder einen DC-Motor. |  | Heizelemente Heizelemente sind ein Bestandteil der Klimaanlage und erwärmen im Rahmen der Heizfunktion die Luft. |
 | Leistungsverstärker Mithilfe von Leistungsverstärkern lassen sich analoge Signale sowie der Strom und die Spannung eines digitalen Eingangs verstärken. Sie werden oftmals bei der Ansteuerung von Motoren oder der Verstärkung von LDR- oder Thermistorausgängen eingesetzt. |  | Glühlampen Glühlampen können sowohl innerhalb des Fahrzeugs als Teil der Innenraumbeleuchtung als auch außerhalb des Fahrzeugs als Scheinwerfer verwendet werden. |
