BTN9960LVAUMA1 is a MOTIX™ single half-bridge with integrated driver IC. It is part of the MOTIX™ single half-bridge product family containing one p-channel high-side MOSFET and one n-channel low-side MOSFET with an integrated driver IC in one package. Due to the p-channel high-side switch, the need for a charge pump is eliminated thus minimizing EME. Interfacing to a microcontroller is made easy by the integrated driver IC which features logic level inputs, diagnosis with current sense, slew rate adjustment, dead time generation and protection against overtemperature, undervoltage, overcurrent and short circuits. It provides a cost-optimized solution for protected high-current PWM motor drives with very low board space consumption. It is used in applications such as automotive 12V brushed DC motor, fuel, washer pump.
- AEC-Q100/Q006 qualified (grade 1), supply voltage range from 8V to 18V
- Protection features: overcurrent, undervoltage, overtemperature
- Status flag diagnosis with feedback of current sense, temperature and slew rate
- Eight selectable switching slew rates for optimized EME
- Low quiescent current is 3.3µA maximum at (VINH = VIN = 0V, VS = 13.5V, Tj ≤ 85°C)
- Path resistance is 9.7mohm typ at 25°C, 35A minimum overcurrent detection level
- Supply current is 2.3mA typ at (VINH = 5V, VIN = 0V or 5V normal operation DC-mode)
- ON-state high-side resistance is 6.3mohm typ at (IOUT = 15A; VS = 13.5V, Tj = 25°C)
- Leakage current high-side is 1µA maximum at (VINH = VIN = 0V; VOUT = 0V, Tj ≤ 85°C)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, HSOF-7-1 package
