ATTINY816 is a tinyAVR® 1-series microcontroller using the AVR® processor with hardware multiplier. The tinyAVR®1-series uses the latest technologies with a flexible, low-power architecture, including Event System, accurate analogue features, and Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs). Capacitive touch interfaces with Driven Shield+ and Boost Mode technologies are supported with the integrated Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC). The CPU feature single-cycle I/O access, Two-level interrupt controller and two-cycle hardware multiplier. Write/erase endurance (flash 10,000 cycles and EEPROM 100,000 cycles) and data retention of 40 years at 55°C. System features Power-on Reset (POR), Brown-out Detector (BOD), Single-Pin Unified Program and Debug Interface (UPDI), Three sleep modes (Idle with all peripherals running for immediate wake-up), Standby configurable operation of selected peripherals and power-down with full data retention.
