LPC1114JHI33/303E is a LPC1100XL series, ARM Cortex-M0 based, low-cost 32bit microcontroller (MCU) designed for 8/16bit microcontroller applications. Offering performance, low power, simple instruction set and memory addressing together with reduced code size compared to existing 8/16-bit architectures. The LPC1100XL series include the power profiles, a windowed watchdog timer, and a configurable open-drain mode. Typical applications include eMetering, lighting, alarm systems and white goods.

- ARM Cortex-M0 processor, running at frequencies of up to 50MHz and ARM Cortex-M0 built-in NVIC
- Non-Maskable Interrupt (NMI) input selectable from several input sources
- Serial wire debug and system tick timer
- 32KB on-chip flash programming memory, 8KB total SRAM and 256 byte page erase function
- In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) via on-chip bootloader software
- 28 pin GPIO can be used as edge and level-sensitive interrupt sources
- UART, I2C fast+, 2 SPI, 8 ADC channel
- 33 pin HVQFN package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
